Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, including SVG files, design assets, and online courses, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds after download.
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain situations, we may review refund requests that meet specific criteria, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate orders placed accidentally
- Technical issues preventing access to the purchased files
- Incorrect or corrupted files delivered
