License Agreement

All digital products purchased from CutFilesAcademy.com are subject to the following License Agreement. By purchasing and downloading any file from our website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Permitted Uses

When you purchase a design or digital file from CutFiles Academy, you are granted a non-exclusive license that allows the following uses:

  1. Personal Use
    Purchased items may be used for personal projects without limitation.
  2. Commercial Use
    Purchased designs may be used to create physical products for sale, including but not limited to:
    • T-shirts
    • Mugs
    • Stickers
    • Home décor
    • Printed crafts
    • Handmade items
  3. Unlimited Production
    There is no limit on the number of physical products you may produce or sell using the purchased design.
  4. Use in Multiple Projects
    A purchased design may be used across multiple personal or commercial projects.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Reselling Digital Files
    You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the digital files in any format.
  2. Digital Redistribution
    Purchased files may not be uploaded or sold on any marketplace or platform including, but not limited to:
    • Etsy
    • Creative Market
    • Design marketplaces
    • File-sharing websites
  3. Modifying and Reselling Digitally
    You may not modify, trace, copy, or alter any design and then resell it as a digital product.

Example:
Purchasing a design, making small changes, and selling it again as a digital download is not permitted.

  1. Including Files in Digital Products
    Designs may not be included in digital templates, bundles, or products for resale.

Example:
Using a design in a logo template, clipart bundle, or digital toolkit that is sold online is prohibited.

Copyright Notice

All files, designs, graphics, and materials available on CutFilesAcademy.com are protected by copyright laws.

The purchase of a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright. All rights remain the property of CutFiles Academy.

Trademark Disclaimer

The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether words, phrases, or elements used in any design are trademarked or subject to legal restrictions.

You agree to use all purchased products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
